Refund policy

Our Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate and food products, we do not accept exchanges. We only accept returns for products that are confirmed to be defective upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at rbrunt@tigerandbean.com with details and photographic evidence of the defect. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than confirmed defects. This policy supersedes any previous statements regarding a general return period or eligibility for returns based on condition or being unworn/unused.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period, which typically applies to the return of goods for any reason, does not apply to perishable goods such as food products. Therefore, this right of withdrawal does not apply to your order of our chocolate products.

Refunds

If your return of a defective product is accepted, we will notify you after inspection and inform you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may 1 take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at rbrunt@tigerandbean.com.

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective Product

To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at rbrunt@tigerandbean.com. Please provide your order number, details of the defect, and attach clear photographic evidence. We will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

Items sent back to us without prior approval for a defect will not be accepted.
