Tiger & Bean was started by a confectionery loving, kitchen-experimenting foodie, who spend two years experimenting with tiger nut recipes and tinkering with vintage chocolate & toffee making machines.
From our busy little factory in Valencia, Spain, we now make a range of delicious toffee, chocolate and cocoa based products that incorporate tiger nut for a greater depth of flavour and added functional benefit.
Our goal is simple, to wake the world up to the delicious combination of tiger nut and chocolate, and other adventurous lesser known Mediterranean flavours.

Quality Assurance
We operate in a purpose built food manufacturing facility in Valencia, with hygienic design and food safety our top priorities. Compliance with laws on health and safety, environment and other applicable law are given the highest priority.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we do everything that we can to ensure that our products, our supply chains, our choice of ingredients and our packaging materials all align with our values as a company. Where possible we seek to verify our commitments to food safety, social justice and environmental sustainability by participating in independent certification processes.
